Data sensing at their finest details 

Ogle devices can collect real time data on attendee location, crowd flow, bottleneck detection and resolution, vitals. Sensing data and their detail has already shown (see rev bump charts) to be extremely effective in AI curated messaging, customer satisfaction, improving seamlessness, drastic reduction in friction, wait time and highly effective promotions and offers. Ogle uses a sophisticated p2p RF/BLE network, and machine learning based data correction, aggregation techniques in the backend to ensure time and accurate data transfer.

Precision messaging

Efficacy of messages are in their timing and content. OgleHub uses two tower deep learning models to determine when/where a given type of message could be useful to an attendee, and not feel like spam adverts. Models are optimized for high user satisfaction and click through sales rate.

High quality personalized content

Ogle is leveraging fine tuned internal language models and openai/chatgpt to restructure and finesse personalized messages sent to the audience. No two messages have to be the same at Ogle world, even when they have the same objective. For imageries, ogle uses diffusion models to reappropriate picture creatives, e.g. large pictures for senior citizen attendee, while extra trendy detail for hipster crowd (for the same exact sandwich burger).

No the clunky, robotic, press 1 for next five level deep menu, or 2 for endless repeat voice operators. Ogle has developed voice synthesis and recognition based on state of the art T5, and fine tuned it for noisy event environments, to make the conversation surgical and brief. Ogle’s voice bots are retrained routinely using reinforcement learning and human feedback, for highest fidelity at the ground.
